Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Introduction

At My Rafiky, we aim to provide a seamless experience for both clients and practitioners. Our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policy ensures that we can maintain fairness and smooth scheduling for everyone involved.

For Scheduled Therapy & Wellness Companion Sessions

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 100% of the session fee.
• No-shows (missed appointments without prior notification) will be charged 100% of the session fee.
• Clients may avoid cancellation or no-show charges if the session is rescheduled within the same week, subject to the practitioner’s availability.

Cancellation by Practitioner

• If a Practitioner (therapist or wellness companion) cancels or is unable to meet the User, the client should contact us at support@myrafiky.com within five (5) days. A full refund of the session fee will be processed within six (6) business days, or the fee can be applied to a rescheduled session as agreed upon.

Rescheduling due to Therapist Change

• If a session is reassigned to a different therapist or wellness companion due to unavailability or referral, the new date and time will be fixed at the time of redirection and will not be subject to rescheduling. The no-show policy will still apply.

Late Arrivals & Refunds

• Users will not be entitled to refunds if the Practitioner arrives late and the User is required to wait. However, if the delay exceeds 1 hour, the User may cancel the session and request a refund, subject to the cancellation policy.
• In case of network issues or delays in joining a session, the therapist will wait for a grace period of up to 15 minutes. If the client is unable to join within this time, it will be treated as a No-Show, and the session will not be rescheduled or refunded.

No Breaks During the Session

• Sessions should run continuously without breaks. If a break is taken with the therapist’s explicit consent, the missed time will not be compensated or extended.

Discount & Coupon Usage

• The 50% discount coupon is valid only for the first session booked by a user. If the coupon is applied using login credentials that differ from those used during the original booking, the platform and the therapist reserve the right to withhold or postpone the session until the full payment is received.

No Refunds for Violations of Platform Guidelines

• No refunds will be provided if there is a violation of platform guidelines during any scheduled therapy or wellness companion session, including issues like inappropriate behavior, misuse of the platform, or failure to follow session guidelines.

For Instant Wellness Companion Sessions

Refunds for Instant Wellness Companion Sessions

• Instant wellness companion sessions are subject to the following conditions:
• If the session is not accepted within 1 hour of the initial request, the User will be eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided if there is a violation of platform guidelines in any instant wellness companion session, including issues like inappropriate behavior, misuse of the platform, or failure to follow session guidelines.

How to Cancel

To cancel a session, please follow these steps::

• Write an email to support@myrafiky.com with your cancellation request.
• Provide the details of your appointment (date, time, and practitioner) in the email.
• Our team will process your cancellation and confirm it via email.

Session Delayed/Technical Issues

If, due to unforeseeable reasons from My Rafiky's end, a booked session is not completed in its entirety, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
